Exciting News: We’re delighted to update you on our commitment to enhancing your future stays. Our journey to elevate the hotel experience continues with the opening of the east wing, featuring new rooms in November 2023. Meanwhile, construction in the west wing will proceed until mid-March 2024, We expect very minimal disruptions going forward as there is a significant separation between the East & West Wings.

Construction Hours: Weekdays, 9 am to 4 pm; no construction on weekends.
Elevator Service: One elevator temporarily unavailable from 9 am to 4 pm on weekdays; second elevator and stairs are available.

Song Hotel Sydney Location
Train
The train will usually be the best way to get to the hotel.
Museum Station is 3 minutes’ walk, 250 metres from the hotel.
The train from the Airport goes directly to Museum with no need to change lines.
Travel time is 13 minutes and the train can be as frequent as every 10 minutes.
The fare is around $16.
Bus
For door-to-door airport shuttle buses, visit the Sydney Airport Travel Desk or Google “Sydney Airport shuttle buses” to book beforehand.
A shuttle costs from $16 and travel time is between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
Taxi
Taking a cab from the airport will cost $40-$60 and travel time could be 20 minutes.
Car and Parking
We offer discounted Secure Car parking from $25 per day (single exit only, subject to availability.) at a nearby carpark Secure Parking (101 Goulburn St, Sydney NSW 2000). Discount vouchers are valid for this carpark only. *If discounted vouchers are SOLD OUT then Hotel can’t reimburse your parking fee.
To take advantage of this offer, first park in the carpark and keep the ticket issued to you.
Then purchase a voucher from our hotel reception and use it in combination with your original parking ticket when exiting the carpark.
You can exit the carpark at any time, but you can only enter the carpark during operating hours.
